Anxiety

What is Anxiety?

Anxiety is a natural response to stress, often characterized by feelings of fear or nervousness about the future. However, when these feelings become overwhelming, persist for at least six months, and disrupt your daily life, you may be dealing with an anxiety disorder.

Anxiety affects people in various ways. For some, feelings of fear and unease may not subside or may worsen over time. In the case of an anxiety disorder, this constant fear can become all-encompassing, often intense and overwhelming.
